The following fees will be addition charges:

• 11% tax  (6% sales & 5% county bed  tax) this applies to all rentals which are rented for less than six (6) months!
• $150.00 Application fee for 1st time guests
• $175.00 Cleaning fee
• $500.00 security deposit (this is refunded to you after you stay as long as there are no damages or addition fees owed)
